Iñigo Sesma immerses himself into the diversity of cultures, different communities, urban spaces, architecture and landscapes he sees around him. Sesma finds beauty in the mundane adding cinematographic influences and early 60s American narratives to his aesthetic. His work is figurative with emphasis on the athmosphere that surrounds his subjects.
The artist graduated in Fine Arts in the University of Barcelona followed by a Master
degree in Painting at the UPV in 2016. He then went on to do several shows in
Germany and the US. He was selected as a finalist in the BP Portrait by the National Gallery in London. He showcased his work in numerous art fairs around the world.
Sesma has had the privilege of painting many murals in different cities in the US, Spain,
Greece, Croatia, Belgium and Australia amongst other places.
